The characteristics of data warehouse applications pose a challenge for any organization planning a data warehouse initiative. How can we be sure that the data is accurate and reliable when there is an enormous amount of it coming from multiple systems with different data structures? To answer this question, this article describes a testing approach that combines practical experience implemented during the testing phase of data warehouse projects.
