This paper describes the adaptation of Functional Reliability to the rapid application development environment. Every third week since January 2000 we have cut, tested and evaluated for release a new version of our software products. Solutions to anticipated and unanticipated challenges involved in the modeling of reliability for this process are described with an emphasis on evaluation of risk pre-release and how field results are fed back into release decision process.
