I am having a devil of a time trying to locate the process to add users and amend permissions in ClearCase windows. It has been a while since I have done it and I can't seem to find anything in the Admin Manual that tells me how to do this. I am sure that you guys have the answer.

Generally, ClearCase usage is governed by a floating license scheme so you should really just focus on installing and configuring the license server

Obviously, you also need to install the ClearCase client software

It is possible to have named licenses and in that sense you are configuring a user. But generally if you use ClearCase from the Windows client or from the command line you will acquire a floating license and be all set.
