Im not able to import the users into Change synergy after installation.
Secondly, I cannot select the priveleges to the users as the cehck boxes are not displayed

you didn't really provide much information for your colleagues to help you with. What version of Synergy are you using? What problems are you having? What error messages did you get?
The short answer is to use the ccm import command that is well documented on the IBM Rational InfoCenter - pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/synhelp/v7m2r0/index.jsp
