You can install Perforce on a Windows server. You would probably get slightly better performance on Linux, but I've been running it on Windows for 15+ years. Still, it's wicked-fast (especially the latest version).
Perforce on Unix server?
Does Perforce need to be installed on a UNIX server, or can it be installed on a Windows server?
