I would like to know of the latest releases of Rational DOORS, Rational Synergy and Rational Change is Windows Server 2012 compliant.

Hi Stephen,
I actually do not see Windows server 2012 on the list of servers for Rational Synergy, but I would open a ticket with IBM. I have seen many times when IBM will help to run software that you have purchased from them on platforms even if they are not listed.
