Seriously what have you done to the site?!?!?

Well just a few comments:

a) new and improved site framework. By what measures? (Is this Marketing Bullsh*t?)

b) We've migrated the most valuable articles. By what measures? (MB?)

c) Converting from the forum format to a Q&A format. Do you think this counts as "improved"?

d) So, you should be able to access the same great content. "Should" I think is the operative word!

e) We hope our changes make the member experience for you even better. I don't want or expect a "member experience" - I want/expect to be able to engage in discussions with my fellow professionals - sometimes giving help/advice, sometimes seeking/getting it. Sometimes just discussing issues of interest........... The jury is out on this one?

f) a more friendly design - That sounds like marketing bullsh*t with no meaning at all!

g) simplified navigation - Ditto

h) we have other features coming soon - interviews, presentations and other member-only features. This might be good... time will tell.

Do you do any market research cos I for one prefer the "Bulletin Board" layout ie where stuff is categorised into topics etc. but I wasn't asked! (I might be in a minority of one of course).

Its only my first impression and I will give it a try hoping to be proved wrong - but in my experience this is a bad format........

It'll be interesting to see if anyone else comments..........

Points taken and heard. And, you're right about the messaging formatting. We're working on that pronto. Am emailing you directly.

Oh yeah - And your message formatting really sucks!

Hi Drew,

We've been working behind the scenes over the past months to build a new and improved site framework. We've migrated the most valuable articles and many recent forum discussions to the new site, converting from the forum format to a Q&A format. So, you should be able to access the same great content. We hope our changes make the member experience for you even better - a more friendly design, simplified navigation, and faster loading times, for example. In addition, we have other features coming soon - interviews, presentations and other member-only features.

We are happy to hear your feedback and suggestions! You can always send them to [email protected], or submit a feedback form here: http://www.cmcrossroads.com/webform/site-feedback
