If memory serves, we ran into this issue on Windows 7. Start a command prompt in Administrator mode, then run setup.exe directly from the command prompt.

Why am I getting this error istalling PEC (CA SCM): 'ERROR: Pec installation failed with error code: -1073741819'
When i try to install CA SCM i get this error:
'ERROR: Pec installation failed with error code: -1073741819'
Can someone help me.

I have solved. My path TEMP was too long...cleaned and then averything worked.
