In CM Synergy Change , how can I relate a concluded problem to a change request?

We're using Synergy 7.1 and Change.

Some tasks were completed and should be associated to a change request. I tried with ccm_admin role :

ccm task -a / -relate task -problem problem

but since the problem is in "concluded" state it failed.

Is there another way ?

Must we use DB2 for a ClearQuest test database if we use DB2 for ClearQuest?

We have a DB2 database for ClearQuest, but need to set up the Test Database. Is it a requirement that the test dabase also be DB2 or can I just use an Access database for testing purposes?

It seems likely that I'd need to use a DB2 database, but creating one is a huge pain.
