it really depends upon which part of the industry that you are working in. Most of get certified in ITIL v3 which includes a strong focus on Release Control and Validation (RCV).
There are some other certification out there - but they are largely focused on hardware CM.
If you are DevOps focused then getting certified in your preferred toolset might be the best choice.
If you want to do DevOps then perhaps an OS cerification makes sense or perhaps your favorite cloud provider.
There are some toolsets that also offer certifications.
In my opinion, certifications are not really all that important in CM right now. Actually knowing CM best practices is much more important! I hope to get some free time to work on a consensus based certification program but I have no estimate on the when I would get time to work on this.
