Jon Hagar is a senior tester with over 40 years in software development and testing. He has supported software product design, integrity, integration, reliability, measurement, verification, validation, and testing on various projects and software domains (environments). Currently, Jon works as a consultant for Grand Software Testing, LLC. Jon has been a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Association of Software Test (AST), IEEE (25 years), ISO and Object Modeling Group (OMG). He is an author and IEEE project editor on ISO29119 Software Test Standards, Testing AI Software, a past member of IEEE 1012 V&V, IEEE 982.1 support, and a past Co-chair on OMG Unified Modeling Language testing profile (UTP 2.0) standard. Jon is the author of the books: Software Test Attacks to Break Mobile and Embedded Devices , IoT Development and Testing , and a children's book. He has also contributed to Agile testing and test automation books. Jon makes presentations regularly at industry working groups and conferences.
