Reviewing business requirements, breaking them into developable features, all the while using user driven development to guide the implementation process. I work with a fantastic team of individuals who constantly challenge me to innovate due to their exceptional performance.

I come with a diverse background of education, clinical health care, and overseas aide work. This has helped provide me with an interesting point of view when it comes to software development. I strongly believe the end user is key to the development of any feature.
